Grampian Stroke Club is a member of the Stroke Association.

Some of our members enjoy walking. We work with Walk-ability, who provide safe, guided walks in the Aberdeen area.

Our Music Therapy sessions will be provided by ELM Music Therapy. You can find more information about music therapy from the Scottish Music Therapy Trust and the British Association for Music Therapy.
